Label printing from a table

Dear Sirs,
how is it possible to print posting labels for selected records in a table.

Create a query that returns the records of interest.

Create a new report, and select the Label Wizard. Tell it to use the query
you created above, rather than the table.

That is kind of a vague question. I have usually add a binary (yes no)
field to the table and then a query that filters out all the No's. Make
"No" the default and just click on the ones you want to print to make them
yes. Use the query as the data source for the label report.

Now I would not be surprised if the above does not answer your question
as there could be many other questions you might have had, but from what you
asked, I really can only guess.

Give use more details and some idea of what your level of understanding
Access may be.

BTW, I really hate trying to print labels using Microsoft products. ...

Dear Joseph,
Yes/No fields I know and so far I am. My problem is that Douglas wrote I
have to start the "label wizard" for my report. Sorry but I have never seen a
label wizard in Access. Can you tell me how to find?

When you create a new report, you're given a number of options (Design View,
Report Wizard, etc.) One of those choices is "Label Wizard"

It seem to me there is an Avery wizard to help out. You might try the
Avery web site or the Microsoft website
