A very quick search on Google brought
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287661
Description of hints for printing mailing labels
It applies to acc2007 as well as other versions and seems to say that you do
get the option to Customize your labels. It has options for dealing with
non-standard paper sizes which include (sadly) being prepared to 'waste' the
bottom row(s) of your labels.

Dear Evi
Thanks for the quick guidance and I will read that link and try to figure
out. From the time you have helped me for my post I made quite a lot of
headway and now this-- stuck with this printing. From that time you helped
me, I have got many filters by date range to multiple names etc and wish I
figure it out tonight so that I can print out the labels and mail it.

However I will be watching every half an hour for any response.

Good day and thanks again-- ("no mobile language used and I remember the
lady's directions")

CAPTGNVR

Dear Evi
I read the link but it is not of big solution. But in a way it might solve
the problem because the page size of my label is only 205 mm I increased the
bottom margin to 93 mm and will try. I just wanted to update you as I might
take some time in redoing the query for the labels and the final print out.
Once again thank you and good day.

Thanks Capt. When you find the solution, do write back. You won't be the
last person with this difficulty.

CAPTGNVR

DEAR EVI
To be the obiedient learner I am here to carry out as you have instructed to
post how I solved it.

It was all getting a big mess with the label wizard and the settings and
with the awkward paper size of 205mm X 160.

So what I did was to open a report in design mode, attached a query, in page
set up clicked on columns for two columns, adjusted the bottom margin to
80mm, row and column height as required; previewed, white paper print out as
trial; then minor adjustments and again another trial on the reverse of the
label sticker and when all well have taken all the printouts successfully -
thanks to EVI's initial push.
