Label outlines missing

is there a setting to view the outlines of labels? I have a user here whose
newly-created document full of small labels won`t show the outline of each
label.
 
This question might have been asked 18 months ago, but it was my question
today. I searched & found the exact answer I was looking for.
This forum is awesome!

I'm with Coral and Jamie G - this forum is awesome. And such a simple fix,
I was just looking in the wrong place. This, after months of doing without.
