I am wondering how many times to press enter between addresses that I create
on my labeling document. Do I just go one right under the other or add one
or two enter spaces??
 
That depends on how you're making labels. If you are using Tools | Letters
and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels: New Document, then the labels are set
up as a table, and you don't press Enter at all but rather tab from one
table cell to another.
