Label a CD & DVD drive in XP?

I'm using XP Home SP2. I just installed a new DVD drive and gave it a
drive letter. Now I want to give is a *label*. I'm sure I've done
this before, but now I can't remember how. I tried Disk Management
and TweakUI--no joy. Do I need a reg edit? Some other kind of
software?
