KUSER.DLL crap

After a frustrating days of fixing my computer and reinstalling evrything from scratch, I came back to this community seeking some help. I reintall all the software and driver that I wanted except for the audio device. It keeps asking me that it needs the kuser.dll from xp cd rom. I searched the CD for such file, but I coundnt find anything. I cant find it on my hard drive too. I dont even know what it means. Can someone help me please

have you tried searching for the correct driver for your audio device on the
manufacture's website?

yeah. Everytime I try to install a driver for the audio device, a message about kuser.dll crap keeps poppin up.
