I've "subscribing" to this specific newgroup for the past 2 months and
I would like to send my kudos to Susan for doing a good job moderating
this group. Thanks Susan for your good work and keeping this group
clean and useful. Also thanlks to the freeware authors that has made
this group a must in my daily list to check.

Excuse the ignorance but I thought this group was unmoderated. I would like
to say that this is the most informative and helpful group that I have been
subscribed to in 15 years on Usenet. And if Susan is moderating it,
wonderful job. Not much spam, no flame wars, very little trolling. Stays on
topic and all the people who have replied to my posts have been immencely
helpful. I have spent close to 7000 dollars on software the last 24 months
for business and half the software I bought could have been replaced with
software I have found on here for FREE. Great group. Thanks to everyone.

Ouch. :( It's an unmoderated group.

Perhaps I need a disclaimer: "Any opinions I express are my own or *my* understanding of the
consensus in the newsgroup. YMMV."

IMO this group is great because a great bunch of people hang out here. They respect the group
consensus. They exercise self-restraint in their posts. They posts lots of valuable information.
They try to help others. etc. etc. etc.

Please note: that's strictly my own personal opinion. ;)

Also thanlks to the freeware authors that has made
this group a must in my daily list to check.

Second that. :)

The group is unmoderated, but Susan does a great job keeping the
Pricelessware site going. I'm glad to know that you have found the replies
to you posts helpful. The sound you might now hear is the group members
simultaneously patting themselves on the back. Does anyone know a cure for a
twisted arm?

Although the group is unmoderated, there seem to be 'members'.
Because the Pricelessware site contains a page that mentiones A.C.F.
member-sites.

So, what does a regular A.C.F. contributor have to do to 'be a member' en
to get listed on this site?

B.T.W. Moderator or not, you do a fine job, Susan!

Yup. dunno why it's called that. . . the origin of the page name is lost in the mists of time. . .

Not a thing. Member = ACF newsgroup participant/contributor.
to get listed on this site?

You have only to ask. Include the description of the site and a link to your site button (if you
have one you would like me to use).

Thanks. :) You too. Your program update posts are enormously helpful.

OK, thanks. Then I request to be listed on the A.C.F.members site:

Link: http://www.arjan.org/

Description: On this site you'll find categorized links to best free
software available on the web. And of course links to other usefull,
related or just plain fun sites...

Done. I left out a space between two words. I've fixed that but haven't uploaded the revised file
yet. If any other changes are needed let me know.
