Kodak Imaging Window

A user is having a problem with kodak imaging. The option
to 'restore down' the window is not available. Basically
they have to run the app maximized and cannot move/resize
the window. If i log-in as administrator, the program
runs normally which leads me to believe the problem is
associated with their roaming profile. Any ideas?

A simple way to check would be to rename their current
profile, have the user log in which will create a new
profile, then try the program. If that isn't is, you can
always delete the new profile and rename the original back
to the way it was.
