Kodak cx6330 will not power on

Hello, I dont know if this is a problem with my firmware version but all of
a sudden my cx6330 will not turn on. The light flashes green once, then red
about ten times then off. I bought a pair of ni-mh rechargeble aa batteries
(1800 mH) but it still wont power on. I read o nthe kodak site that I should
try updatig my firmware version but how can I do that if the camera will not
power on.

I'm of the belief that the problem is with your
batteries. When I first used my CX6330 camera, it did the
same thing--I had put the batteries in wrong.
Rechargeable batteries must be charged before using them,
but I'm sure you did charge them. It isn't unusual to
purchase batteries that won't charge, so that could be the
problem.

Same problem here. I did update the firmware about a week and a half
ago. I thought that might be my problem but I guess I can eliminate
that. Please let me know if you find other solutions.

This happened to me. It was the batteries. Replaced them and the camera
works fine.

It was my batteries aswell, they were new but needed charging! the camera
now works fine
