KMS activated Business Vista

I heard that there are illegal KMS servers on the net doing activation for
Business Vista.
I wonder if a Business Vista by this way, will have a chance to get blocked
by MS or not.
Let talk about this in technical point of view.

There's a rumor saying that KMS activated clients don't interact with WGA so
there's no chance a such KMS activated client will get blocked ??
