kiosk presentation, loop to second slide

During a kiosk presentation I would like to show the first slide only once.
I.e. when looping it should jump back to slide 2 instead of slide 1. How can
I do this?

Kiosk always resets to slide #1. You can use Chirag Dalal's free Kiosk
Assistant add-in to reset to slide 2, though. You can also specify the time
for the reset -- which you cannot do in PPT itself.
