Kiosk pc

I wonder if someone have a god howto to setup a kiosk pc. This pc shall have
only one program running all the time and the user should only have access to
run this program. This pc have no network.

Someone who can help me?

Depends what you have available.

the most simply way is,
log on as the administrator and activate the guest account giving
permission only to this folder / file.

Else get it created within a domain and use a domain based account to
manage the access required.

Just bare in mind the Guest account is very very limited so should
reduced access to almost everything.
