I have searched past posts but haven't found the answers I'm looking for.
Any help would be appreciated.
We have a machine vision application that may benefit from running on
XPEmbedded. For the end user a kiosk interface (only our application - no
start menu, task manager etc) would eliminate various problems that occur
running on 2000 or XP. The interface will be simpler and no worries about
muddling the windows configuration, viruses, etc. I also like that kiosk
mode will allow the user to shutdown with the power button (no worries of
software corruption). My problem is that our technicians in Europe need to
be able to logon to a fuller version of windows where they can install any
additional software/hardware beyond what our stock system includes. This
feature is important if hardware is replaced in the field with equivalents
that aren't identical.
Can anyone give me information or point me to an example where this dual
logon is discussed.
Thanks for any help in advance.
