Kill the Wizard?

I installed Acctg Express to assess its functionality vs. QB 2006 Pro. I ran
the Wizard which took quite a long time converting six years of eBay
accounting transactions, but the process finally completed with some
problems. MSoft's product support staff was EXCELLENT in terms of knowledge
and availability, but some issues appear to have no current solution meaning
the software is un-useable for my intended purposes....

During the conversion process the Wizard created a 'dummy' user for my
single user XP system (QBDataServices User) apparently to gain legitimate
access to my QB data files. This slows system start-up, requiring me to
click/select the primary administrative user account on each system load.

I can go to the control panel and delete the QBDataServices user as the
system's administrator, but it re-manufactures itself thereafter! What do I
have to do to permanently kill this dummy system user? Once the Wizard has
run an and executed his QB data base conversion tasks, doesn't Acct Express
now have its own data base and no further need to access QB files?
