peter said:Last nite I thought I would give the "dark side" a try and downloaded
Ubuntu Linux iso.........burned it to a CD and ran off the CD for
awhile..Needed to use Safe Video Mode inorder to see the screen clearly(
7800GT/ Digital LCD Monitor).I liked it.
So I thought lets install it to that 3rd empty drive I have.........it
seemed to install ok...took a long time but upon restart no GUI....just
an error message.
DOS type screen ask for user name.......then the error message about no
GUI and to see the error log(?)
Any hints??
