Is there any way to kill process running on remote PC with
windows 2000 prof without connection to desktop???

Yes, usking rkill.exe or wrkill.exe from the Resource Kit.

rkill /install \\remotemachine
rkill /nkill \\remotemachine notepad.exe

rkill /?
