Kill asp_wp process

How can I stop the asp_wp process on my computer? Each time
I 'm stopping it in the taskmanager the process is started
automatical again!

you need to uninstall iis, but if you are developing why are you wanting to
remove the aspnet worker process? or are you just a normal user posting
here. The aspnet worker process is used to run asp.net applications on a
server just for further information
