keys deciding what to be

i have keys that want to be something else:
my R is now a K
my " is now @
my @ is now "
s is h
h is s
k is r
i've scaned for virus, cleaned and got rid of adware ,still no joy.
if it helps i was looking at music sites before this happened

if any one can help, thank you very much.}

Try this:

Go into Control Panel>Regional and Language Options and make sure that all
three tabs and submenus are set correctly to the Country where you are.
