Hi,

Can anyone Please recommend a good alternative to KeyNote that can be run
from a USB drive and is capable of handling images.

Thanks.

Ian.

have a look at SEONOTE http://seonote.com. It's in rapid development,
free and already quite capable. Searching is still somewhat poor, but
it has the potential to become KeyNotes successor.

Bit can it be run from a USB drive, i.e. doesn't it write settings
etc. to the registry or c:\ drive?

What features are essential?

Yrrah

1) Quick to use on a PIII 450 128MB RAM machine. SEONote seems very
sluggish.
2) Able to import png images
3) Export to individual files or a single file in either HTML, RTF or TXT.
Possibly export to XML (as I think this is the standard format across many
apps isn't it? correct me if i'm wrong).
4) USB stick usage.

Ian.
