well, if its really a dell than they should take your
questions very seriously. i had a dell inspiron once and
one time all the rubber placeholders fell off the
bottom. they sent me new ones, the funny thing is they
were wrapped up like a valuable item lol!!! Send it back
and im sure theyll fix it for free (that is, if your
warranty is still valid). cheers
It could just be a chunk of pizza under the key, try a
gentle shake upside-down and some compressed air to blow the
dirt out. You can even pop the key out using a butter knife
or similar. It will snap back on, if you remove more than
one, be sure to put them back on in the correct place.
And as has been said, Dell will repair the keyboard if it
has really failed.
