I havebeen looking everywhere in the ControlPanel for the icon tht allows me
to choose the languages to be used on the keyboard, but can't find it!

Where do I have to go? For instance, right now, on the task bar I have
three languages and would like to change the predefined one.

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages tab > Details button >
Settings tab.
