It seems to me that you have several Oreo crumbs under the keys...

Turn the keyboard upside down and bang it (not too hard now) and see if you
can dislodge any accumulated dirt, crumbs etc. Try blowing the keyboard out
with compressed air. If this doesn't help you may need a new keyboard.
