I have difficulties with my @ and others symbols and accents that seem to be
all
mixed up when I use the habitual keys. I think maybe it has something to do
with
languages options.

You are probably using a UK keyboard with US settings., or vice versa.

To change it, go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | Regional and Language
Options. Change it on the Regional Options tab.
