keyboard start menu button, how to disable???

how can i disable the startmenu button on my keyboard,
the button between ctrl and alt, we like to use this
button for games and when pressed it pulls up the start
menu .

They're referred to as the Win key or Windows key or Windows logo key.
This will disable both of 'em.
