keyboard slow and missing letters?

XPHome with chinese wireless keyboard is V slow & keeps missing letters as I
type
also when selecting a text insersin pint (..... see what I mean!) on a block
of text (ofice XP) it willll (repeats toooo)select a complete line instead of
a single point.
HELP please!!

Thanks gerry but still the same....... seems particularly bad when typing
words with double leters eg leters! or lopy!

Can you test with another key board?

Could it be the result of a drinks spillage?
