Keyboard shortcuts in Presenters View

Is it possible to remap the keyboard shortcuts in Presenter's View? The
remote control for my projector only supports Page Up and Page Dn. I'd like
to be able to use those commands during a slideshow to move to the
next/previous slide. Currently in PowerPoint 2003 Presenter's View (using
extended desktop), Space advances to the next slide and Backspace returns to
the previous slide. Page Up and Page Dn are used to scroll the presenter
notes up and down (which isn't very useful from a remote control). I need
Page Up to advance to the next slide and Page Dn to return to the previous
slide. Is there a way I can set this up in Powerpoint? Thanks!

I tried the shortcut manager, but it doesn't seem to work for key operations
during a slide show - or perhaps I don't understand how to use it. I mapped
Slideshow:Action Buttons>>Action Button:Forward or Next to Page Dn, but this
only has an effect when I am in design mode. Should I be doing something
different?

I looked at Powershow, but it seems like overkill (and a little complicated)
for my application. I don't really have any major issues with the way
Presenter's View works, other than making it compatible with my remote
control.

Shortcut Manager enables the shortcuts when the focus is either on
PowerPoint design window or the slide show window. It seems that in your
case, the focus is on Presenter View window. I will modify Shortcut Manager
to enable the shortcuts in this case too.
