when I use the [ alt + T and the A ] keyboard shortcut in outlool xp, it does
not open the email accounts window automatically, any idea why? it does open
every other option using any other combinations.

Thanks a bunch

What happens when you try? Unless you have another option assigned to Alt+A,
it should open it.

Thanks for the reply, I found out that Mcafee 7.1 uses the same shortcut for
"Scan for Viruses...". Now is there a way to reassign the mcafee option to a
different combination?

I'm not familiar enough with Macafee to know - you I can reassign the
outlook shortcut though. Right click on a toolbar, choose customize. R-click
on the button or use the rearrange commands option in the customize dialog.
Find the item you need to change and Modify.
