Keyboard shortcut to open attachments

Outlook 2003 -- attachments are usually Excel files

The user would like a way to open the attachment from the keyboard after
openng the email. I know that Alt-F, N will save it, but he wants to open it
first, then save it if desired.

Does anyone know a way to do this from the keyboard?

Open the message, tab to the Attachments header, using the arrow and shift
keys, select the attachment you want to open, hit the menu key on the
keyboard and arrow to Open (or hit enter, since I think Open is default).
