keyboard shortcut for paste special

Other than using the menu shortcut or creating a macro is there a keyboard
shortcut for paste special?
 
which paste special?
If values why not just add the icon to your toolbar
click on toolbar>customize>toolbars>edit>voila
 
The keyboard's 8,237 times faster than any mouse action. Alt-E, S, V, Enter.
