keyboard setting to US standard settings

I can not get all the letters I want, I thing I choosed the settings of
multimedia canadian settings
 
Oops sorry bout the blank post.

You would change your settings by going to "start" then "control panel".

If you're in Classic View --> Double click on Regional and Language Options.

If you're in Catagory View --> Click on Data, Time, Language and Regional
Options --> Then click on Regional and Language Options.
