Keyboard problems

T

TV-Engineer

Windows XP SP2, Dell version, new install. Upon attempting to enter
standby, I get an error message saying that the keyboard driver is
preventing the computer from entering standby. Tried different keyboards
with different drivers. No change.
Also, the sleep key on any keyboard gives an internal power error; stop
error.
Any thoughts?
TIA
