Keyboard Problems

Everytime I use my keyboard, I start typing and hit the letters I and K. When
this happens, it takes me to the file-edit-view menu. I have tried
everything. It's starting to become anoying
 
Do you have a "sticky" or "stuck" key like <Ctrl>, <Alt> or <Shift>???
