Keyboard Problem - Help!!!

I installed a hot key keybd along with the Touch Manager
Software. KB worked fine, but hot keys were not working
so I uninstalled the software and reboot computer. Now
when the Windows 2000 Pro Password enter screen comes up,
I cannot enter anything because the keybd does not work.
KB works when I perform an emergency boot, but when I load
windows, it does not work. Could I have lost the KB
driver? How do I get the KB working again.

Check Event Viewer and Device Manager for errors and or non-starting
devices.
