Keyboard on Laptop typing wrong characters (not numlock)

Hi,

I'm going a tad insane. The keyboard on my friends Sager NP8890 Laptop has
somehow
started outputting incorrect characters. It is only on the right-hand side,
for example:

key pressed output
p /
i 5
n n
k 2

I've made sure the numlock key is not on. Right before this started
happening, I
had connected to his computer via remote assistance, and we had chatted a bit.

Any tips? Again, it is not the numlock key.

Go to the Regional and Language function in Control Panel, and check that
you have the correct keyboard language installed for your keyboard layout..

(and i can breathe again)

Thanks for replying, tho!

LOL! The numlock WAS ON!! :p
Because laptops don't have the KeyPad or whatever it's called, it has
the numbers at "mjkluio789" and NumLock OFF by default. This can be
really annoying when you have to do the danish character "ø" for an
example when you are typing in Danish. Turn on, off,on,off :p lol (I'm
required to learn Danish :S I HATE THAT..(I live in Iceland if you are
wondering)).
