Keyboard numbers

My keyboard number pad (right side of keyboard)quit working, num lock is on.
I tried another keyboard and it acts exactly the same. Anyone have any
suggestions?

Doesn't help - the keys don't do anything, with numlock on or off -the 0,/,*,
and Enter keys work but not the 7,8,9,4,5,6,1,2, and 3 keys.
Dont't have an FLock key.

Additional info -- I tried a USB keynboard also and had the same results.

There is a virtual keyboard under the accessiability folder in your start
menu. As a test, see if the keyboard and pad on the screen functions ok...
Use both your mouse and the keyboard....

Just off the top of my head, isn't there 2 keyboard drivers for the u.s.
One being a 101 and the other being a different number possibly due to the
omission of a number pad?
