Is there somewhere on the system I can get a list of all
the control, shift, etc key functions. In particulat I am
looking for bullets for when I am doing a document, etc

You should use the functions built into Word to do bullets,
if only to get the proper indentation. Repost in an MS Office
newsgroup if unsure how to use this feature.
