Keyboard Internet keys not working in WinXP

I have upgraded my Comnpaq Presario 1800 from Win 2000
Prof to Win XP Prof and now the Internet shortcut keys on
the keyboard do not function. Any suggestions?

Well you will need to resetup your KB keys for XP
because you have installed a new OS on oyur pc. or you
can go to compaq.coma nd see if they are any updated
drivers for your KB

You may need a special driver to activate the Internet keys???

Please visit Compaq's website.
Identify the model of the system you are using and download the latest
keyboard driver/software package to enable these keys to work.

Since a vast majority of laptop keyboards today do not provide a unique PNP
ID for their PS2 keyboard controllers, keybaord drivers for laptops are
often not placed by OEMs on Windows Update. :(
