KEYBOARD-HOW DO U CHANGE KEYBOARD

MY KEYBOARD IS ON A DIFFERENT MODE. I HAVE TO HOLD THE FN
KEY NEAR THE LEFT CTRL KEY IN ORDER TO TYPE OTHERWISE THE
CHARACTERS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE KEYS APPEAR.

HOW DO I REVERT BACK TO NORMAL MODE

So much info given I do not know where to start. I know.. turn CAPS Lock
off! Then, what kind of laptop? What kind of keyboard?

I going to make a guess that you are working on a laptop (since the Fn
key is mentioned and that's typically only on laptops). I'm also going
to guess that you have the numlock key on which turns the keys 7, 8,9,
U, I, O, J, K, L, and M, into the respective keys 7,8,9,4,5,6,1,2,3,0 as
in a keypad.

look at the instruction booklet for your computer how to turn numlocks off.
