Keyboard error

When I key certain buttons especially the right side, there is errors.

Example: when press -

K it shows [k
I it shows ^IU
i it shows 6iu
) it shows )*
0 it shows 08
8 it shows 08
6 it shows 6iu

I tried uninstalled, yet still did not improved.

Please help.

when you installed windows did you select the correct language, sounds as if
your on english USA

Yes it is all time round set as ENGLISH US, unchanged since reformatted
months ago and it just happened out of sudden this time.

Will reformat helps?
