Keyboard conflict with Mouse

Hello all,
I am having a problem with my mouse and keyboard conflicting. When
I get the error message "Could not enable interrupts" for kbdclass, in
the Event Viewer my mouse and keyboard work, but periodically the
error message goes away and the mouse no longer works. I reboot again
and it works. I know this isn't a major problem, but it is
bothersome.

My Mouse is PS/2 (Wheel) and my keyboard is USB. I have tried many
things that I have found online with no change.

did you install the software that come with your mouse?
i have an old 500mhz install w2k a standard keyboard and
ps2 mouse. i didnt install software that comes with mouse.
works no mouse problem. have you checked to see if
your mouse connection is loose or droops back there.
you can use tape to hold up mouse cord.
