Keyboard come up in Russian... Why??

Had some problems two weeks ago where the system would
lock up, etc. Fixed the problem, installed the Microsoft
Updates and when we rebooted, our keyboard is seen as a
new piece of hardware and the text is in Russian?

Any ideas?

Control Panel/Regional and Language options/Languages tab, click on
"details". You can change the keyboard language here.
