keyboard audio controls

I recently installed a XP upgrade over W98. Everything
works fine except I can't get the audio controls on
keyboard to activate. Not just audio, all the upper extra
keys on keyboard: sleep,radio,tv,phone,messages, etc.
Seems it should be something simple. The keyboard is from
an old gateway system, but seems to be a standard
keyboard. Thanks for any help.

It's a multifunction keyboard and needs its associated driver to get the
extra keys to work. If you still have the software from the old system you
should be able to find it.
