key - dubble sign

Hallo

My problem is that the keys ¨ ¨ ^^ ´´ `` give dubble signs. I have
tryed another keyboard but makes no difference.
have anyone an idea how to solve that?

Hi Richard
If you go into your control panel, (and in classic view) click on 'Regional
and Language Options', select the Languages tab then the details button.
Does your default input language match the keyboard your using?
