Key Combinations Not Working

I teach in a lab using Word 2002. When some students
activate Ctrl + Home the Find/Replace function is
activated. This is usually done by Ctrl+H. On my
instructor's computer, Ctrl+Y and F4 keys (Repeat
Function) activate nothing. Am I missing an option that
is turned off or on somewhere? In both cases NumLock is
off and so is CapsLock. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Larry,

On the systems where it doesn't work as expected, go to Tools > Options >
General and uncheck both options that mention WordPerfect.
