Does anyone know if a virus is associated with this?

I've read the Microsoft website and there are other causes that can give you
this error, but I'm just making sure there isn't a virus in my computer
lurking around. I have Norton anti-virus, and its been updated.

Are there any other things I can do to get rid of this causing problem?
