how do i fix this event error on my XP!!

Faulting application update.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting
module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.1106, fault address
0x00013887.
 
Hi,

Depends on where "update.exe" is coming from. What problems are you
encountering that led you to check the event viewer?
