Kernel data inpage error

I keep getting the above blue screen error after my PC's
been on for say, 1/2 hour or so. I replaced my hard
drive per a friend's advice and the problem went away for
about three months. Now it's back. No other hardware or
software has been installed. Could this be a heat issue?
