Kernal32.dll problem?

Recently I installed some new software onto my Windows XP laptop. The
install proceeded normally.

When I tried to start the new app I received the following message.

"The procedure entry point QT_Thunk could not be located in the dynamic link
library KERNAL32.dll."

Is this a Windows XP problem or has it to do with the new install? If it is
a Windows problem how do I solve it?

Peter.

Assuming you spelled the file correctly - kernal32.dll- that is not an
XP file so look to the software you installed as the problem. Contact
their tech support.
