Entry Point missing in KERNAL32.dll

I use WindowsXP. Recently I installed a new software (Sandra) after purchase
and downloading. The install went OK.

When I started the app I received the following message.

"The procedure entry point QT_Thunk could not be located in the dynamic link
library KERNAL32.dll."

Is this a problem with Windows or with the installed app? If the problem is
likely with Windows, can I reinstall Kernal32.dll from the CAB? If so, how
do I do this? I have never had the need to use the CAB the in the past.

More likely, a more recent version of kernal32.dll might be
needed in order to work with the new software. Check first
with the software vendor and then Microsoft.
