Kerberos

It appears to be the pattern for Windows XP computers at our office to receive Error ID: 7, Source: Kerberos, Message: The kerberos subsystem encountered a PAC verification failure... I have been searching the net to find the cure to get rid of these messages, but I could not find them. Are there harmful or could I simply ignore them? Please advise. Thank you.
 
Is this machine behind a firewall? I worked an issue similiar to this and
it was resolved by opening some firewall ports...
Or do you have any personal firewall type software directly on the machine?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, all the machines are behind firewall. As far I recall, I have not enabled firewall for WinXP workstations.
